I performed a job analysis for the Kentucky Court of Justice's Family Court Judicial Assistant position. The analysis includes descriptions of job duties, responsibilities, reporting relationships, required KSAs and qualifications, and identified training needs to inform program design.
My HAT project aims to conduct an ethical cultural analysis of an organization. Through firsthand accounts from former colleagues, I examined an ethical situation regarding nepotism in the workplace. This leadership analysis provides an assessment and recommendations regarding the lack of trust in an organization.
This needs assessment was completed as a group project. The goal of this needs assessment was to identify actionable recommendations for improving volunteer engagement, retention, and organizational sustainability. The assessment delivered specific solutions, including strategies, to support the organization's programs and needs.
I designed a strategy to reorganize a nonprofit's structure and increase volunteer engagement. The goal is to enhance the organization's capacity to provide compassionate care and support to members by
addressing volunteer shortages, improving scheduling practices, and potentially
expanding the organization's structure.
This case study involved interviewing a CEO to explore their leadership styles and experiences. An in-depth assessment of their leadership characteristics was conducted, and findings were analyzed in relation to concepts learned in the Leadership and Management course.
