The report allowed me to develop skills in analyzing a scholarly research article as it relates to organizational change and development. The name of the Organizational Dynamic article I chose to research is named “Stop Blaming Resistance to Change and Start Using It”, written by Jeffrey D. Ford and Laurie W. Ford.
I applied course learning through a reflective paper written after developing an online training session to introduce and explain a process designed for effective membership growth at Kingdom Fellowship Christian Church. The training equipped members of the Congregational Care team with the necessary knowledge to implement the process effectively.
